How to Syrup at Home?
Kemalpaşa's secret lies in the balance of hot dessert and lukewarm syrup.
💡 Hot dessert + lukewarm syrup = maximum absorption. Never have both hot.
- 1Boil 3 cups of sugar with 3 cups of water for 12 minutes.
- 2Add the juice of half a lemon, boil 2 more minutes, let it cool to lukewarm.
- 3Slowly pour the lukewarm syrup over the desserts fresh out of the oven.
- 4Let them absorb the syrup for 10 minutes and serve hot.
